In Madrid he received his early education, much of which takes place in the French School. Rueda received, in the forties, painting lessons with Angel Minguez history painter. In that decade, the artist creates different pictures of the Garden of Villa San Juan in San Rafael (Segovia). During the year 1943 a small copy sketchbook many cubist paintings that exert a profound impression on him.
